Phil passed away peacefully at home on December 12, 2016. Born in Bridgetown, Nova Scotia. Korean Vet. He will be sadly missed by his wife Joyce of 56 years, sons Phillip, James, Edward and families. Celebration of Life was held on Thursday December 15th.
