It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mom, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother on July 13, 2016 following a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. Left to cherish her memory are her 3 daughters, Sheila (Wayne) Hanna, Shirley (Gary) Kennedy, Wendy (Rod) Garbet, grandchildren Lori Hanna, Kraig (Aryn) Kennedy, Keith (Melanie) Kennedy, Mistie (Bryan) Schroeder, great grandchildren Cody (Trisha) Hanna, Cole Kennedy, Conor Kennedy, Nolan Schroeder, Kellan Rigters, great-great grandchildren Destiny, Damien, & Logan Hanna. Predeceased by her loving husband Bruce, married for 49 years, who passed away from cancer in 1996. Mom devoted her life to her husband and family. She worked as a cook/dietitian at the Mission Hospital and later, following a move to the Caribou, for 8 years, drove a school bus in 100 Mile House before moving back to Agassiz. She lived for her family and adored her grandchildren, being her happiest when they were around. Mom is free from pain now and finally at peace, joined with our Dad, her beloved husband Bruce, who she had missed terribly for the last 20 years. Rest in peace dear Mom, you will be greatly missed by all your family. Until we meet again....
