I have witnessed a lot of chaos and separation over the last two years. My goal is to bring awareness to the fact we are still connected. The point I’m trying to make is that as an animal has core essential needs that ensure its survival, we do, too. My goal is to remind people that we are all vastly unique with the same core essentials of what we need to survive. We have laws to protect our children and animals from having their necessities removed or made nonexistent. Why does that change once we become adults?

I personally believe we are capable of meeting everyone’s needs. It would help people’s mental health, less pressure on families, each person is unique. If you don’t have to worry if you’re going to lose your home or if you’re going to be hungry, you have more room emotionally, mentally and physically to focus your mind on other things. I speak from experience. I know what it’s like to be consumed with fear of drowning in poverty and the struggle to heal from trauma, let alone have the space or energy to put my experience and knowledge into the world.
