Earthwise Agassiz looks to highlight an important piece in B.C.’s diverse ecosystem.

The local Earthwise organization is hosting a free webinar on Tuesaday, March 8, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. all about the “fascinating world of wetland ecosystems.”

Earthwise Agassiz is a combination ecological demonstration garden, nature trail network and small-scale organic farm situated on a 58-acre property five kilometres outside of Harrison Hot Springs bordering the Miami River. Those who do volunteer or who are interested in volunteering are encouraged to tune in to the seminar to learn Earthwise’s latest projects and the importance of wetland conservation.
